Refreshing the Meta Employee Experience brand book

Among the many projects we've completed for Meta, one of the key highlights was the design and refresh of the Employee Experience brand guide.
 

The challenge here was to translate high-level brand guidelines into modular, scalable assets that could flex across campaigns, surfaces, and regional executions without fragmenting the identity.
 

I focused on building structured visual frameworks — refining typography hierarchies, layout systems, and component logic so teams could execute confidently at scale. Rather than designing one-off assets, I designed adaptable systems.


We want everyone to have the tools they need to do their best work, so we created a Brand Book.
Knowing that the work is nuanced, we made sure to focus on the varying temperatures and tones that might be needed for different situations.
